URBAN BIM
The UrbanBIM initiative, a project funded by the Erasmus+ program, aims to improve the quality of training systems by creating innovative tools. Targeted at professionals in the fields of architecture, engineering, and construction, the project intends to increase responsibility for the rational use of energy and natural resources, with the final result being applicable to the construction sector in general, as well as to rehabilitation/restoration or urban planning.

The partners involved are Transilvania University of BraÈ™ov (UTB), which is the initiator and leader of the project; the Romania Green Building Council (RoGBC); Universidad de Sevilla (US) – Spain; Asociación Empresarial de Investigación Centro Tecnológico del Mármol, Piedra y Materiales (CTM) – Spain; Warsaw University of Technology (WUT) – Poland; and DATACOMP SP. Z O.O. – Poland.

The first official meeting of the partners took place in Bucharest on November 27, 2018, at the RoGBC headquarters, where all the necessary aspects for the start of the project were established.
