Romania Green Building Council (RoGBC) has created a certification for Green Housing at an affordable cost, which includes all the essential aspects in evaluating and identifying the best performing residential projects that use sustainable construction principles.

GREEN MORTGAGE
The preferential housing financing solution
Together with our partner banks, we have launched an innovative product– Green Mortgage- which rewards environmental responsibility and energy efficiency. This product offers preferential terms and interest rates for green homes and apartments, encouraging developers to invest in green solutions, while homeowners benefit from healthier, higher quality homes and lower monthly costs.
