The Largest Real Estate Fair of the Last 10 Years - The National Real Estate Fair (TNI) - Starts FRIDAY, May 18th, at 10:00 AM at the Palace of the Parliament, Unirii Hall.


The exhibition runs until Sunday, May 20th, and brings together representatives from 126 companies offering over 20,000 real estate deals for new homes, vacation houses, land, and office spaces in Bucharest, Ilfov, Constanța, Valea Prahovei, as well as in SPAIN.


The minimum price at the real estate fair is 4,000 EURO for a plot of land of 528 sqm located in the Breaza resort, while the maximum price is 3 million EURO for a 4-star hotel in Sinaia that is part of the Mervani Invest portfolio.


TNI: A Diverse Portfolio, OFFERS for All Budgets

From May 18-20, individuals interested in real estate purchases have access at the National Real Estate Fair (TNI) to a varied real estate portfolio and properties with EXCLUSIVE DISCOUNTS. The event's portfolio includes: container homes (starting at 11,500 EURO), properties eligible for the First Home Program, boutique apartments, exclusive properties in the northern part of the capital, and investment opportunities. Additionally, TNI caters to clients with financing solutions, architecture services, interior design, home staging, and solutions for transforming their homes into sustainable ones.


TNI: Romanians Invest Their Savings in Vacation Properties at Home and Abroad


The trend for vacation properties has returned, with more and more Romanians choosing to invest in vacation homes by the sea or in the mountains, both domestically and abroad. In this context, the event this weekend in the capital offers attractive deals for this real estate segment. Mountain enthusiasts can find about 3,000 offers for properties located in Valea Prahovei at TNI, with prices to suit all budgets. For example, a 2-room apartment, 46 sqm, in Sinaia costs 32,000 EURO, a 2-room apartment, 57 sqm, in Predeal costs 40,000 EURO, and a villa right next to Peleș Castle, with a surface area of 230 sqm and a 330 sqm plot, is priced at 210,000 EURO.


People who want to become neighbors with the sea can choose from multiple real estate projects located in the most sought-after areas on the coast, with starting prices from 32,900 EURO for a studio in Mamaia Nord. Some of the projects exclusively featured at this weekend's fair include: Wave Residence, Building Ștefan, Casa del Mar, Panoramis Residence, Sea View Luxury Residence, and First Residence.


For the first time in a profile event, the TNI edition from May 18-20 includes international real estate offers. At the Imopedia booth, TNI visitors can choose from several vacation homes in southern Spain. The prices of properties with views of the Mediterranean Sea start at 180,000 EURO + VAT for a 4-room apartment, 100 sqm, and go up to 2.5 million EURO for a 7-room apartment, 800 sqm, in Marbella.


TNI: Price Growth Has Slowed, Housing Demand Remains High

Since the second half of last year, the residential real estate market in Romania has entered a phase of gradual price growth slowdown. Thus, the price evolution in the first quarter of this year was only 1.4%, well below the evolution recorded in the first quarter of last year, of 4%, according to a study conducted by Imobiliare.ro. "From the statistical analysis of developments in the residential market, it appears that we are witnessing a moment where the market is caught between high demand and relatively low supply. Data shows that demand for apartments and houses for sale remains strong, recording an advance, cumulatively in the six major cities, of 17% in the last year, and 76% in the last 3 years - the maximum being recorded in Iași, at +217%. In terms of supply, data for the last 12 months, in the six major cities, indicates a negative evolution of the stock of apartments and houses, by 5.9%," says Dorel Niță, Head of Data and Research, Imobiliare.ro.

In terms of project quality, it does not mean luxury finishes but rather the project's suitability to the needs and budget of the targeted buyers. The purchase of green homes has intensified recently due to the evolution of final customer requirements and the benefits these properties offer: superior quality, increased comfort, lower energy costs, and health benefits. At the Green Homes booth within TNI, investors can find out directly from the RoGBC team how they can obtain GREEN HOMES certification for the residential complexes they are building, which can thus become eligible for Green Mortgage Loans offered by partner banks Raiffeisen Bank with the "Casa Ta Verde" credit and Alpha Bank with the "Alpha Green" credit. Also, the general public can learn more about what a green home is and its advantages.
