Course Objectives:
- Healthy Buildings vs. Sustainable Buildings
- Main certification standards for healthy buildings: WELL Building Standard and Fitwel
- Factors influencing health and well-being
- Minimum requirements and optimizations in the main categories of factors: air, water, nutrition, acoustics, light, fitness, mental health
- Health and safety indoors – basic requirements of the built environment during and after the Covid-19 pandemic

Qualifications:
- Graduate of the Faculty of Architecture from the "Ion Mincu" Institute of Architecture and Urbanism
- Graduate of the Franco-Romanian master’s program “Integrated Urban Development” organized by UAUIM Bucharest and INSA Lyon
- Licensed Architect and Urban Planner, with signature rights from OAR (Order of Architects of Romania) and RUR (Romanian Urban Planners Registry)
- WELL Accredited Professional
- LEED Accredited Professional BD&C (Building Design and Construction)
- LEED Accredited Professional ND (Neighborhood Development)
She worked as an architect and urban planner in her own design office for over 15 years. Since 2019, she has joined the Green Certifications division at Colliers, coordinating LEED or WELL certification processes for various buildings and urban complexes.

The Green Certifications Division at Colliers was founded in 2012, being one of the first real estate companies in Romania to offer consultancy services for LEED, BREEAM, and WELL certifications. It has become one of the main providers of such services locally, with a current portfolio totaling over 60 certified or in-process projects, covering more than 2 million square meters. Colliers has been involved in some of the first types of certification obtained in Romania: LEED O+M: Existing Buildings, LEED for Neighborhood Development, WELL.
