Smart Industries for a Smart City
Smart cities are no longer a thing of the future; they are the present.
The term Smart City refers to cities that extensively use new "smart" technologies to enhance public services, increase the comfort level of residents in both urban and rural areas, optimize resource consumption, and reduce medium- to long-term expenses.
A “smart” city is one that collects information and uses modern technology to streamline traffic, improve public transportation, reduce pollution and energy consumption, and enhance citizen relations with authorities, living conditions, and the healthcare and education systems. In short, it is a city that uses technology to improve the lives of its residents.
Access to the conference is by invitation, which can be obtained by registering via email at corina.radulescu@romexpo.ro, subject to availability.
