A one-day course designed to explain and prepare participants regarding current European legislation as well as international green building certification systems. These are very important aspects that fundamentally change the way buildings are designed, constructed, and deconstructed. Among other legal topics, the course also refers to the latest European laws, including the European directive on energy efficiency in buildings and the directive on construction waste management. Additionally, participants will learn about internationally recognized building rating tools that are increasingly demanded by investors, developers, and building owners.
