The Romania Green Building Council held a launch event to promote the opening of the RoGBC for general membership and provide details of its activities. The event included training on "How to get an 'A' rating in the European Union's mandatory Energy Performance for Buildings Directive" and "Green Building Techniques that provide the highest Return on Investment".
