| General Assembly - Nominees for RoGBC Board of Directors 2014-2015 | |||||||||

On June 12th 2014, at 4 pm we are organizing the General Assembly of Members when we will announce the new Board of Directors for 2014.
The election procedure begins today, 10th April 2014, for the new Board which includes:
1. Creating the list of candidates based on your nominees - deadline - 9th of May 2014
We are inviting all member companies to consider submitting a board candidate by completing, signing, and (if appropriate) stamping the also attached "RoGBC Director Nomination Form (attached) by 9th of May (end of business day).
2. Collecting and counting the votes of the RoGBC members - between 9th of May - 11th of June.
We will send the ballots out. Members can cast their votes on-line sending emails on the 11th of June 2014 at the latest.
3. Announcing the Elected Board Members in the General Assembly of Members Meeting - 12 th of June
Attached is information on the board structure, the roles and responsibilities of RoGBC directors and voting procedure for your information (Romanian version is available in the first part of the document).
