This is a required course for those seeking "Green Building Professional" accreditation.

This is a one day workshop to equip real estate developers and investors, valuers, financiers, facility managers, architects, engineers, project managers and other stakeholders with a better understanding of the ways in which sustainability affects the value, associated risk, and other financial considerations associated with a green building.

Course Objectives
- Discuss voluntary and mandatory green building certifications and their effect on the economics of the building process;
- Analyze latest research on green building valuations and market trends;
- Examine the occupancy rates, rental premiums for green workspaces;
- How Green Homes differ in cost?  What is a Green Mortgage?
- Analyze costs, risks and benefits of incorporating sustainability initiatives in buildings;
- Discuss green incentives by the government;
- What are informative case studies?

The prices for attending this course are:

RoGBC Member - 95 Euro
RoGBC Non-Member - 165 Euro

If you register but do not attend or cancel your registration 4 days prior to the event, you will have to pay for your catering expenses.

Andrei Ioan Botis - MBA MRICS

Andrei is an experienced real estate executive with more than 10 years experience in the Romanian real estate market. He is currently leading a team of more than 100 people nationally as Managing Director of NAI Romania. He is licensed business and property valuer, ANEVAR member and licensed real estate broker. He has completed an MBA at the University of Wales. 

He also serves as Vice President of Romanian Green Building Council and Leader of the Research Task Group; initiating comprehensive research on the green building market in Romania and the applicability of green leases.

Andreea Semenescu

Andreea is Research Director at NAI Romania, the unique representative in Romania of the real estate consultant NAI Global which occupies the forth position in the top of worldwide real estate consultancy companies.
She also has a prodigious academic activity working as associate professor in the Finance Department at Bucharest University of Economics, with her main competence in Corporate Finance and Valuation. She conducts research activity  in Corporate Finance and Capital Budgenting. She published numerous scientific papers in prestigious international specialty journals and attended numerous international scientific conferences. Andreea is also member of ANEVAR specialized in real estate valuation.
