Professor Dr. Emilia Cerna Mladin

Emilia-Cerna Mladin Ph.D. is a professor at the Applied Thermodynamics Chair and UNESCO Chair of Engineering Sciences at the University Politehnica of Bucharest and the President of the Romanian Association of Energy Auditors for Buildings.  Dr. Mladin has lectured internationally, completed numerous international projects on energy efficiency and certification of buildings and authored textbooks for training energy auditors.  She has consulted with the Ministry of Development, Public Works, and Housing and the Ministry of Economy and Finance to transpose the European Union's Energy Performance for Buildings Directive (EPBD) into the current in force legislation
