Romania Green Building Council

Mr. Borncamp led the team that organized the Romania Green Building Council, the "Build Green CEE" conference and numerous other green building initiatives for the region. He has provided strategic advice and managed complex business and technology projects for leading multinational companies across the Central and Eastern European region and the United States. Steve was an early advocate of sustainable development and socially responsible business having joined in 1993 the First Affirmative Financial Network - one of the pioneering investment companies in the field.

Profile:

Mr. Trita is a founding board member of the RoGBC and the founder of Archibus Solutions Center Romania. As head of ARCHIBUS SOLUTION CENTER – ROMANIA Tudor has been actively involved in shaping the emerging FM market in Romania while at the same time strongly promoting local green building initiatives. Mr Trita has been actively involved in the foundation of the Romanian Green Building Council in October 2008, the Romanian Facility Management Association in October 2009 and initiating the first Facility Management Conference in Romania in April 2009.
Tudor is member of IFMA since 2006, member of Romanian Real Estate Investors Society and speaker for numerous events in Romania on Facility Management and IWMS topics.

Ms. Truica is a founder board member of the RoGBC and Managing Partner of CEMS Tehnologii, a company providing a wide range of installations for buildings such as electrical, HVAC, Building Management Systems or Energy Efficiency Solutions, for greenfield and retrofit projects. Corina is an International Business graduate and throughout her career she has been involved in real estate projects at all stages: finance, feasibility studies, project design, development, property management.

Mr. Emmett has nearly 20 years experience of the commercial aspects of the construction industry in the UK, West Africa and Romania. James is permanently resident in Bucharest and has contributed to large and small scale buildings such as Baneasa Mall. James also provides development support for large and small investments in the real estate sector.

Profile:
Mr Hyde has had thirty years of experience in the construction industry. He has worked for contractors, design consultants and government in Britain, South Africa, the Caribbean and Romania. For the last fourteen years he has led multi-disciplinary design teams within Arup, one of the world’s foremost practitioners and promoters of green buildings. Projects for which he has been responsible include BREEAM “Excellent” rated buildings such as the National Assembly for Wales and Cardiff Central Library.
In 2010 he moved permanently to Romania to take over the leadership of Arup’s Romania Group.
