Large investment projects, with a total investment value of over 10 billion euros will be presented on October 25 in Bucharest at the second edition of DEVO – The International Forum of Large Developers. 15 countries are represented in the forum program this year, with projects for four thematic areas - mixed use, office, retail and industrial-logistics, from Romania, Austria, Slovenia, United Kingdom, Germany, Russia, China, France, Greece, Poland, Belgium, Turkey, Norway, Holland and Switzerland.
45 speakers will participate at DEVO 2019 in the four plenary sessions of the event:
Over 300 investors and developers, architects, consulting and management practices will participate in the second edition of DEVO to share knowledge on the successes of the real estate industry at the international level, from the perspective of the three major thematic coordinates of the event: vision, investigation and addition. Vitalis Consulting, Veritas Romania Office, JLL Romania and Consultants will speak about managing big projects. Also, Mihai Anița - PwC Romania, Cozet Șerban - ING and Adrian Purcarea - Microsoft Romania will present what big companies look for when renting a new office and workspaces.
Projects that will be presented at DEVO 2019: Mixed-used: Mille Arbres in Paris, winner of the MIPIM 2019 awards, in the category Best Projects of the Future; Central Arena in Birmingham; Raffles City Hangzhou from China; Bispevika from Norway; The city of Iulius, Timisoara; Golden City of St. Petersburg, Russia; Office: Ana Tower Offices, The Mark, The Light One, Business Garden Bucharest, Skanska Campus 6, Expo Business Park, Olympic House in Switzerland; Vienna Airport; Retail: Mall of Netherlands, Vadistanbul Shopping Center in Turkey; Industrial-logistics: Alu Menziken factory in Medieșu Aurit, Satu Mare; Chapelle International, Paris and projects the development of Zacaria, P3 Logistics Parks and Globalworth.
